Relax, Reflect and Rejuvenate Retreats

My idea when constructing my retreats was to allow busy people the time, place and format to Relax, Rejuvenate and Reflect………In the beautiful surroundings of Mallorca.
My hope is you rest as you inhale the therapeutic calming Mallorcan air and find all your stress slowly ebbing away. By combining your relaxation with twice daily Yoga and Pilates classes, you will help to help tone and stretch your body. Plus, the Invigorating Beach, Park and Mountain Walks plus Swims in the Mediterranean will allow your body and mind to find balance and harmony. A nutritionally combined, home cooked, whole foods diet with give you renewed energy and vigour.
Your teacher/trainer on this retreat will be myself, Sam Pope. I am a certified 600 hour Soloman Yogalates™ Teacher and Trainer, having trained directly with Louise Soloman in Byron Bay at the Yogalates™ Training Academy Australia. I am the first Teacher Trainer to bring Yogalates™ to Mallorca and have been teaching both Open Class and Personal Training on the island for the last nine years. I also hold degrees in both Holistic Nutrition and Sports Nutrition as well as a diploma in Stress Management.
What is included in the retreat?
- 2 Hours of Daily Yogalates™ Classes
- Daily Guided Walks including, mountain, coastal and inland discoveries
- Trip to a Mallorcan Market
- Home cooked nutritionally balanced meals, drinks and wine during the course of your stay.
- Accommodation in beautiful shared rooms (twin beds).
- Transfer to and from the airport if necessary.
€800 – per person, based on two people sharing a twin room.
Single room supplements are available.
A €300 deposit is required on booking to reserve your place with full payment payable one month before the retreat. All paid bookings are non-refundable.
